So, when Sprinklr, moved into DLF Downtown, one of the most cutting-edge business destinations and LEED Platinum rated Commercial buildings in the country, it presented a valuable opportunity for us, not just to contribute as a vendor, but to partner in building the foundational infrastructure for a workspace wired for velocity, built for impact, and ready for anything.
The Situation Before the Transformation (A before and after analysis)
Sprinklr’s new office required an IT backbone. The
challenge was to design and deliver an IT infrastructure that could support business
operations from day one.
They needed:
- A passive and active networking platform that can handle heavy data flow, provide reliable wireless coverage, and scale easily.
- AV and video conferencing solutions that would make collaboration seamless across 24 rooms of varying sizes.
- Access Control systems to safeguard their workspace.

Passive Networking: Building the Invisible Foundation
Passive infrastructure is more than just cables; it’s the foundation of an organization's IT success.
We designed and implemented a structured cabling system that built the backbone of Sprinklr’s IT infrastructure.
This included end-to-end network design and planning, featuring clean, structured cable layouts routed through raceways to server rooms and underfloor pathways, along with data center cabling. We also delivered a fully optimized server room setup, with carefully planned rack and cabinet layouts designed for both accessibility and efficiency. Cable management was executed through professional grouping and bonding techniques, while compliance with industry standards was maintained across all structured cabling, rack architecture, and equipment placement. Each connectivity component was thoroughly labeled and documented. Additionally, to ensure reliability, we conducted thorough cable testing across all pathways. Finally, the deployment included high-performance, enterprise-grade connectivity components, selected and installed to deliver maximum network resilience and long-term operational stability.
Active Networking: Powering Seamless Connectivity
MM9 designed and deployed a robust network and wireless infrastructure to ensure seamless, high-speed connectivity throughout Sprinklr’s workspace. This involved the strategic setup of access and data points to maximize coverage and reliability, along with comprehensive wireless network optimization to support high-density usage without performance drops.
Using detailed network heatmaps, we validated coverage plans before deployment. To maintain peak performance, real-time monitoring was implemented, allowing proactive network management and issue resolution. The entire system was built with scalability and future-readiness in mind, making sure that it can grow alongside Sprinklr’s evolving needs.
The solution brought together technologies from leading Passive and Active Networking OEMs, including Schneider Electric, CommScope, HPE Aruba, Cisco Meraki, APW, and Panduit, creating a network ecosystem that’s not just functional, but built for the growing demands of the workplace.
AV & VC Solutions: Conference Rooms Built for Collaboration
MM9 designed and implemented AV & VC solutions across 24 conference rooms at Sprinklr’s office, covering a wide range of room sizes, from 4-person huddle spaces to a CTO-level executive boardroom, ensuring consistency, scalability, and ease of use throughout. At the heart of the deployment was a state-of-the-art 40-seater town hall space, engineered with advanced AV capabilities and movable partitioning that transforms it into three independent conference rooms when needed. This flexible setup is a testament to MM9’s expertise in automation and intelligent solution design, blending functionality with adaptability.
The conferencing systems delivered a Microsoft Teams Room experience, enabling seamless collaboration for Sprinklr’s global teams and fostering productivity across hybrid work scenarios. The intuitive, consistent user experience across all rooms reduced the learning curve for employees and encouraged higher adoption of collaborative workflows.
CCTV & Access Control: Security Without Disruption
MM9 implemented a comprehensive CCTV and access control solution to enhance workplace security and operational efficiency at the office. Strategically placed Hikvision CCTV cameras provide high-resolution imaging with 24/7 monitoring, fully integrated with the existing IT infrastructure. Access control was secured through the deployment of biometric and HID card-based systems, installed at critical entry points. The solution included IDCUBE access control panels and seamless integration with fire safety mechanisms, creating a unified, secure, and easily manageable security framework
